Active orders

Active orders are Interim Suspension Orders and Interim Conditions of Practice Orders. These Orders are imposed by an Investigating Committee under Conduct Rules 2011 and Fitness to Practice Rules 2014.

Interim Suspension Orders

Interim Suspension Orders suspend a registrant from the Register for a set period of time whilst investigations are undertaken into allegations of misconduct that have not yet been found proven.

Interim Conditions of Practice Orders

Interim Conditions of Practice Orders, imposed by Investigating Committees, place conditions on a registrant’s registration for a set period of time whilst investigations are undertaken into allegations of misconduct that have not yet been found proven. The registrant is able to continue working within the parameters set by the condition while the order is in place.
