Our team is responsible for looking at the needs of the social care, social work and early years workforce in Wales. We try to look to the future to understand what the sector and the workforce needs to enable quality care to continue to be provided. We look at recruitment, development, careers, career pathways and at the evolving and ever changing nature of care workforce, to ensure it is fit for the future.
