Early Years and Childcare Workforce
Priorities this year
The Care Council annual operation business plan sets out a number of important priorities to promote a safe, skilled and sufficient workforce working. These include exciting new developments in Early Years qualifications education and training, the development of guidance to assist the workforce in key areas such as supervision, appraisal and recruitment.
We are building on our existing relationships with employers and will be producing an Early Years e-bulletin.
