Help
When you’re using the Care Council for Wales website, it’s important that you are comfortable navigating through the pages. We want your web experience to be as informative as possible. There are a number of site features designed to help you find information on our website.
The site can be navigated in the following ways:
- The primary navigation menu. Located at the top of the page, the menu can be used to link to the main content sections on the site, such as ‘Registration and Conduct', 'Publications and Resources', or 'Qualifications and Careers'.
- The audience buttons on the home page. On the left side of the screen on the home page, you will find six buttons for different audiences, e.g. 'Social Workers', 'Non-registered Social Care Workers' or 'Service Users, Carers and the Public'. These buttons direct these audiences to specific information which will be relevant to them.
- The site map. This lists every page in the website, displaying how they relate to each other in turn. A grasp of the site structure can help you get a clearer feel for the site navigation, allowing you to pinpoint relevant topics.
We aim to provide the most interesting and comprehensive information we can - however, should you spot a mistake in any of our pages, please contact us so that we can fix it. Email our website administrator on info@ccwales.org.uk.
