Information and news for managers

Step up to Management evaluation

Step up to management pilot programme

Step up to Management aimed to provide care and support workers with the knowledge and understanding they needed to make the transition to a manager’s role. The level 4 programme was piloted in South East Wales between 2015 and 2016, and a summary evaluation report of the programme is now available. The full evaluation report is available on request from Liz King-Jones (contact details below).

Following the success of the pilot, we are planning to roll out the programme across Wales and more information about this will be available in late spring. In the meantime, if you'd like to register your interest please contact Liz King-Jones at liz.king-jones@ccwales.org.uk.
