Training the Social Care Workforce - Recruitment aids and initiatives.

This year’s conference will focus on the developments and progress of the new Qualifications and Credit Framework and how the new qualifications will impact on the care sector’s employers, training providers and learners.

The afternoon session is all about teaching and recruitment aids for employers and training providers. MWSCP will be launching their recruitment and teaching aid - Short Story Booklet and the exciting Care Ambassadors Project which is already underway in North Wales. There will also be a "Have your Say" session which offering the opportunity to discuss opportunities and challenges important to your social care organisation.
