New Care Council Chair Announced

The Deputy Minister for Social Services, Gwenda Thomas has announced the appointment of Arwel Ellis Owen as the new Chair of the Care Council.
Mr Owen, from Cardiff, was appointed following an open competition.
The Minister also announced the appointment of Roger Gant from Brecon as a Council member to represent the perspective of voluntary sector employers.
