Social Care Accolades
The Social Care Workforce's time to shine

The Social Care Accolades are a national showcase for excellence and recognise and celebrate good practice in social work and social care.
The Accolades were first held in 2005 and are now staged every two years. Accolades are awarded to teams, groups or organisations who have invested in the learning and development of their staff to transform social care and provide better outcomes for users of services.
The Accolades are not only about the ceremony at which awards are made. Importantly, they also facilitate the sharing of best practice, enabling others working in social work and social care to learn more about the work done by winners of the Accolades. This is done through Best Practice Sharing Events.
