An on-line survey on Assistive Technology and the implications for the workforce Back

An on-line survey is being conducted to gather information from a wide range of employers and others who are involved in delivering or supporting Assistive Technology including telecare, telehealth, digital participation and wellbeing services.

This is an opportunity to share your experience and knowledge about the current use and delivery of assistive technology within Wales, the extent and breadth of service provision, the range of tasks involved and the types of training, qualifications and support needed to enable workers to provide quality services.

The Care Council for Wales is working with its partners across the UK to conduct this in-depth survey as part of a 2 year project on Supporting Employers with the Workforce Implications of Assistive Technology. The information gathered will inform a workforce development strategy and skills and knowledge sets in relation to Assistive Technology.
