Dewi - Care Supervisor
"A good opportunity to give something back to the community"
Having worked in a factory for eight years, Dewi decided to take a new direction and found a role in social care that helps him balance his family and work life.
Having started as a care worker for people with learning disabilities, in a supported living setting, he has since progressed to a supervisor role and hopes to gain further qualifications to make him eligible for managerial positions.
