Social care - a job worth caring about
Few careers offer young people jobs worth caring about like those in social care and early years. Whether it’s working with children or adults, there are plenty of opportunities to gain practical experience in a variety of social care work settings.
To highlight the range of jobs available, we visited a number of young care workers from across Wales and asked them to tell us what their job is about and which aspects of their work they enjoy the most.
Real people in real jobs
The outcome is a series of short film clips highlighting some of the various jobs, training opportunities and settings as well as advice for those thinking of getting in to social care and tips on how to find work.
