Registrants representation
A registrant may be represented at a Preliminary Proceedings Committee (PPC) if considering whether to impose and Interim Suspension Order. They may be represented at a Conduct or Health Committee by a barrister, solicitor, representative from their Trade Union, a representative from their Professional Body or, if they're a student, a representative from a student body.
If a registrant is unrepresented, they may be accompanied and advised by some other representative.
