You can now choose how to pay your annual fee by one of the following methods:

• by Direct Debit over the telephone by calling 0845 890 0871
• by Direct Debit, by downloading the Direct Debit mandate (please print off, complete and send to the Care Council for Wales)
• Online via the registration portal (temporarily unavailable)
• by cheque, made payable to ‘Care Council for Wales’

Paying by Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is the easiest and most efficient way to pay your fees. Every Direct Debit is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Once the Direct Debit is set-up on your account it will enable us to request your annual and renewal fee directly from your bank. We will not claim payment by Direct Debit without notifying you 32 days before the fee is due. If you change your bank or account you will need to set up a new Direct Debit with us.
