Enquiries regarding working on a temporary and occasional basis in the EU
EU Directive 2005/36/EU on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications, which came into force in the UK on 20 October 2007, enables EU nationals who are social care professionals, to work in EU Member States on a temporary and occasional basis.
