Complaints policy
The Care Council endeavours to provide the best service possible in all the areas of its work and activity. There may be times however, where service users or those people who come into contact with the Care Council feel they have not been dealt with as well as they should.
If this ever arises the Care Council wants to know and to have the opportunity to put things right. Our Complaints Policy and associated procedure establishes how a complaint may be taken forward and how the Care Council will respond.
The complaints form should be completed if you are dissatisfied with any service provided by the Care Council and wish the matter to be investigated further. Return the complaints form to:
